I give the AMS Pergola a 5-star rating for 3 reasons: First, the design and materials are very impressive and sturdy. The end result after installing the pergola is of high quality and elegance. Second, installation is also simple and easy. We installed the pergola ourselves, although it took us a while to get it done as we needed to customize it to fit my space. My space is 13ft x 16ft; a bit complicated to customize, but we made it. Third, and most importantly, the staff is very patient and respectful. Their customer service was outstanding from day one until the pergola was delivered and completed. They answered my questions promptly and gave advice on how to proceed with my project.
