Warranty

AMS offers this Limited Lifetime Warranty covering material defects in new products. This warranty applies to all purchasers.

This warranty only covers AMS products purchased, from AMS or an AMS reseller.

This warranty is subject to the limitations, exclusions and conditions detailed in this warranty certificate.

What our warranty covers

AMS warrants the product to be free from material defects listed below. Power components (motor, power supply, receiver and electronic controls) are warranted for five (5) years from the date of installation. All electrical components are protected, wiring connections and electrical controls are housed in watertight enclosures, comply with relevant codes, and are protected from water and other weather conditions and are subject to motorized operations to fully switch the system on and off at least twice a month . For other parts, components are warranted, for ten (10) years from the date of installation. Manufacturing warranty against defects is provided for the lifetime of the system. This limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in components for residential and commercial applications.

What our warranty does not cover

Condition, failure or damage not caused by a material defect. Due to normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or alteration. Fittings, connecting materials and products, or related products not manufactured or supplied by Outdoor Structures. Normal weathering, chalking, fading, a corrosive atmosphere contaminated by chemical fumes or salt, or any act of God. We do not do warranty.
