Laying the Groundwork: Preparing for Pergola Installation
When purchasing a pergola, many people often worry about the pergola installation. Before installing the pergola, you first need to prepare the site by cleaning it up and ensuring that the flooring, concrete, wiring, and drainage are all properly arranged. With these preparations completed, you can install the pergola as soon as it arrives, saving time.

Step-By-Step Pergola Installation Instruction
Step1: Blades assemble
Fix the end plate of blade to blade by screws, for both end of blades. Please kindly refer to the drawings to choose the right direction.
Step 2: Posts and base plates assemble（post, base plate, M12 expansion bolts、M10 bolts）
1.Put the posts on the base plates, then use M10 bolts to fixed
2. Fix the base plate to concrete ground by M12 expansion bolts
(Please kindly check the correct location then to lock the expansion bolts)
Step 3: Beams frame assembly
1. Check the below size are same after put on the posts, keep whole frame rectangular
2.Structural beams first
Use nuts with washers to fixed the structural beams on the posts
(The fix accessories connect the post and beam)
(And you also can connect the structural beam with posts first, then to stand up the posts together,that's available）
Step 4: Fix the gutter around the beam
Install the gutter around the beam, install small gutters at the ends of both sides, and then install the snap-fit plates on the columns and small gutters respectively. Waterproof tape is applied to the joints between the beam and the gutter to prevent water leakage.
Step 5. Put on the brass A and B, then put on the blades
First pull the blades into Brass A, then return to lBrass B, put on all blades one by one
Step 6. Then connect the all blades by connect rod
Step 7. Connect the motor with drive blade
Step 8. Connect the wire of motor with control system
We will pre-connect all the wires in the factory. You only need to replace the wire use your local wire, and all wirecan Hidden into the beam
